Josh is a happy, cheeky guy who works very hard. He enjoys meeting new people and anything money-based, while also constantly focusing on self-improvement and development. He listens to a lot of podcasts and isn't scared to take risks. Josh genuinely cares about his reputation and all the clients and people he interacts with. He strives to leave a positive impression on everyone he meets, wanting them to think, "Yeah, he's a good guy."

Originally from Ascot in the UK, Josh made the bold move to Australia in October 2023, completely on his own, to create a new life for himself. With no plans to return home, he's embraced his new environment wholeheartedly. Since 2021, Josh has been in the property industry, specifically in property management. He has managed key clients such as the Ministry of Defence and Heathrow Airport's residential properties for his previous company, Leaders Romans Group.

Josh's passion for his work is matched by his commitment to personal growth and helping others.
